Working At Agility 360

Being an “entrepreneur” is actually pretty cool… once you get the business rolling.  Starting Agility 360 was no easy task.  There were many long days/weeks/months.  I wanted to be a part of the startup of Agility 360 because of the people I was starting it with.  I worked with them at Wingspan Portfolio Advisors, and we all had the same vision.  At Wingspan, we all wanted to provide an environment of teamwork.  We took the good and the bad as a team.  Credit went to the team, not the individual.  When something went wrong, we locked ourselves in a room to figure out how to fix it.  More often than not, we were able to hammer things out.

Wingspan was a great place to work, with many great people.  I thoroughly enjoyed working with many of my employees.  I made so many great friends, many that I still talk with to this day.  I took what I learned from Wingspan as the foundation for my ideas at Agility 360.  Create a place where ideas can turn into something.  A place that people enjoy going to.  A place where people know they can openly express and discuss ideas with everyone up to the CEO.  Agility 360 is a great company, with many great minds behind it.  We are still continuing to push to make this company the best it can possibly be!  There might be setbacks, but the people at Agility 360 never quit!
